Hi, Reader! It is peak gardening and harvest season for everyone, and I bet you might be drowning in zucchini. So I have a new video today on how to dry it, and how to create a savory zucchini muffin that will give you a great breakfast or snack, especially for those of you who are trying to get off the sweat muffins! Click the image to watch the video! We learn about correct muffin blending, what happens when you forget an ingredient, and why your muffins might be a little tough! Learn even more ways to use zucchini And in case you missed it last week - I took you on a tour of my favorite garden that is a complete non-profit garden that donates its produce and chicken meat and eggs to nearby food pantries to help feed the families who need a helping hand in the area. I'm helping her harvest and preserve her comfrey stock so that she can raise more money to help support the farm! And one of the things we talk about is using foods that might be wilted or a little older than you think are good - tldr: they are still useful to dry! I am away this weekend to go to a star gazing party with to see the Perseid meteor shower and take our telescopes out to see some stars and other objects! I'm really looking forward to it and taking some of my muffins as snacks on the trip! I hope you have a great weekend, and I'll talk to you when I get back! Until next time... Nevertheless, she preserved! Darcy! P.S. Have you ever seen a meteor before?
