Day 4: Hot Cocoa Bulk Mix

Hello, Reader

Welcome Day 4 of the 12 Days of Dehydrating for Christmas

We talked about dehydrated marshmallows the other day. So let's piggy back off that with a rich and tasty hot cocoa mix that your family and friends will love!!

And while this isn't an actual dehydrating project....it's a perfect partner to dehydrated marshmallows, so I wanted to include it in the list.

Day 4: Bulk Hot Cocoa Mix

This bulk hot cocoa mix is so versatile and makes a great gift in small single servings or in bulk for storage or family gift-giving. Adding things like dehydrated marshmallows, peppermint pieces, fun stir sticks, or chocolate dipped orange slices can make it even more special.

Ideas for Gifting

• Create a cute 'reindeer' gift package with a cone candy bag, a candied cherry as the nose, a layer of hot cocoa mix, topping with dehydrated marshmallows.

• Add peppermint sticks for stir sticks

• Dip graham crackers in chocolate to add as a side dish for a special night time treat

• Gift in a hot cocoa mug

Remember, if you can't find the malted milk powder, you can skip it. You can also decrease the amount of powdered sugar - it's a really versatile recipe.

Until next time...

Nevertheless, she preserved!
